what is a warm spacer?
The TermoProfi warm spacer is one of the most important elements of modern double glazing units, having a real impact on improving the thermal insulation of windows. Made from the advanced FIBERTHERM composite, it provides exceptional rigidity and stability, enabling precise positioning in multi-chamber glazing packages - without the need to implement significant changes to existing production processes.
The TermoProfi warm spacer eliminates the occurrence of thermal bridges at the edges of the glass, which prevents condensation and, as a further result, the formation of mould inside the building. In practice, this means that the temperature in the rooms remains stable - in winter it retains heat and in summer it limits overheating. This directly translates into lower energy bills and greater building comfort.
