1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy sets out the principles for the processing and protection of personal data of users of the websites termoprof.com, termoprofi.eu, termoprofi.pl (hereinafter: „the Site”). 
The controller of the personal data is: 
PPH OKSAN with its registered office in Lubartów (21-100), ul. Strefowa 30, entered in the relevant register of entrepreneurs, hereinafter referred to as „Administrator” or „PPH OKSAN”.

Personal data of users of the Site may be processed for the following purposes:

The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data (UODO). 

8. Data security

The controller shall apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, destruction, unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration. 
Data shall be processed in a manner that complies with applicable laws and information security principles. 

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. 
The current version of the document will always be available on the Website PPH OKSAN.
